BIAGIO MASTROIANNI
The illustrator, painter and printmaker was born in Lucerne (Switzerland) in 1969.
After his education as a photolithographer he studied visual communication at the
Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Artsand gaining a degree as an illustrator.
Biagio works as an illustrator, painter and printmaker in Lucerne and London.
His paintings, drawings, etchings and monoprints are shown in exhibitions in London,
Italy, Norway, New Zealand and Switzerland. Moreover, he illustrates in publications
like Horizon Magazine London, The Naked Punch Magazine, Neue Zürcher Zeitung,
Weltwoche, for the company Feltbrook Ltd. London and he coacts to audiovisuals
installations for theatre- and dance performances. Biagio is a part-time teacher at the
Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts.
